STARS road bike wheelset Shimano 8 or 9 or 10speed

At this price, I simply had to try them. Honestly, I didn't expect much and I wasn't disappointed. However, having said that, the wheels are still going! I've done over 10,000k's on them. The rear hub makes shocking grinding noises, squeaking noises etc and yet they won't give up the ghost. What I really like about these wheels is the training effect I get from them. At over 2 kgs, these wheels make you work like a Trojan! If you're going out to work hard or if you want a pair of expendable wheels in poor weather, then you really can't go past these wheels. I weigh in at 90kg and I haven't done a spoke yet (touch wood...I'll probably do three spokes tomorrow). Overall, average for performance, above average for the 'hanging in there' factor and for 99 bucks....what do you expect?
