This stand is light weight and strong and good value. You can adjust the arms in different ways to hold the seat post like normal or with my carbon frame I use the stand like a helper to clamp my seat while the bike sits on the ground. Head is plastic but very sturdy and fine for the home workshop.

I have been using this Work Stand many times per week, for the past 10+ years! It does everything I need a Work Stand to do, and still works perfectly after all these years. I often get tempted to buy a new stand from Park or Feedback, but cannot justify it as this stand keeps on doing it's job perfectly. Outstanding for the money, Just buy one.
