Great product. Inexpensive and well designed. Like Robin R. said below, grips the spoke on 3 corners. I had one nipple that had slipped a couple of times on a wheel I was rebuilding and I had to stop myself trying to finish with my old 2 sided tool. These spoke tools are very well designed and made. Most spoke tools only grip on 2 parallel flats of the spoke nipple. These Bike Hand spoke tools grip on 3 corners of square spoke nipples which minimises the chance of rounding off a spoke nipple. I have used these tools to true scores of bike wheels to date and have not had any which slipped and rounded off a spoke nipple.

Decent spoke key for cheap

spoke key is good, grips 4 sides of the nipple. Isn't the best for final truing because the handle is easy to slip on, but it gets the job done. Buy if you only occasionally need to adjust a wheel, or new to wheelbuilding.
