Philip E.Great Service and speedy delivery. My only concern... I've had the rack for about 4 weeks now, when I tightened the bolt that holds the rack at a specific angle, the bolt threaded itself and no longer holds the rack in place. So now the bike see-saws on the rack. :(

I like the fact that you can adjust the angle of the rest to cater for sloping top tubes and that the whole unit can be folded upwards when not in use. My only criticism is that the V shape where the bike rests on the frame could be more of a wider U shape to allow better seating of the brake cable and fat top tube of the modern bike.
